Helpdesk Ticketing System (HTS) provides a customizable and modular system for tracking and assigning tickets, generally used for problem resolution. It supports a comprehensive security system, modules, and customization. The system is Web based, and has optional support for integration with NT domain logins (SMB), and LDAP information.
