Comments: The author seems have disappeared from the face of this planet. He cannot be reached by email. The homepage is down. The homepage and download listed above are not the official ones. received an email from the author who said "that he was no longer maintaining Ical and that I was welcome to do whatever I wanted with it", which I count as an "official" statement from the author that he doesn't maintain the package anymore.
