Todo List
- Create articles for pages that are proposed by visitors.
- Migrate all the projects from the old site to this wiki (Uwe Hermann). See Transition Status.
- Create (GFDL or similarly free) screenshots of all projects we list, to give potential future maintainers more information.
- Clean up category system:
- Check all category names, remove near-duplicates, canonicalize names, etc.
- Check all projects: Are there missing categories, wrong categories, etc.
- Move some categories around in the category hierarchy maybe.
- Upload source code of projects where the code is not available from the project's homepage anymore, but you still have a tarball which you can upload. Note: Only upload free source code!
- Check that all Maintenance History fields have the correct order of items (newest-first).
- Research all projects in the Research Required category. Find out whether they're maintained or not.
